Also, pot is often used in conjunction with alcohol, which more than doubles the effect on the judgment and reaction time of the driver.

Another reason I hate cops and law enforcment in general. My contept for law enforcement is beyond words. A bunch of buzzcut jarheads. The ones with mustaches are even worse.

This is ridiculous. The DEA should replace anything that was damaged and issue a public apology to the Llorentes'. I'm tired of seeing authorative groups (police, etc.) pretending that they cannot be held accountable for their mistakes. A simple "sorry" does not suffice for these poor immigrants who probably felt like they were right back on the island.

The Same thing Happen to me. I live in Broward County and posted a comment to the Story that was issued on Thursday. I don't know if i should feel relived or enraged that i was not the only one that was targeted. Below is the comment i posted last Thursday in response to the Article that was issued about the raids:


I have to say - my house was raided yesterday and I cannot seem to figure out why. My whole street was shut down and my husband was brought outside while armed Narcotic cops went room to room in my house looking for drugs. Thank God my son was picked up by my father only 10 minutes prior to this event taking place. Why me? I have never been in any sort of trouble AT ALL. My husband just let them in - we have nothing to hide. This makes us looks HORRIBLE in our community, as Parents and as Neighbors. I am enraged, scared, sad, all mixed in one. How can this happen to a family like mine.

Can anyone maybe shed some light on how this could have happened to someone who would never be involved? I have been living in my house for over a year and never had any issues until now. How can I find out more info as to why my house was targeted?

Quite simply, this can happen, because the People allow it to happen.

I would mail them a letter, stating you have now purchased several guns, and if they ever attempt that again, you will be opening fire. You will be aiming for the head, since they wear bullet proof vests.

Also, if they hurt your child in their raids, then you will be proceeding to hurt their children.

It would be nice if you could try the legislative and/or judicial paths, but as we all know, this is now a revenue issue, and therefore it won't be going away.

Sadly, we must face the executioners. But luckily, We are a very well armed country, and have 2 things going for us:

1. The element of surprise. They are not expecting us to fight on the offensive. Only on the defensive, and using eloquent dialogue to defend ourselves against their raids.

2. Sheer numbers. There really isn't a police station, or any anti-drug establishment in this country that cannot be taken over, and/or destroyed.

With a will from the People, We cannot lose. It really only comes down to whether or not We have the will to finally fight this battle as it is required. If We are mostly sheep, then so be it, and let the police state come to complete fruition.

But wouldn't you rather your children not have to fight the stronger police state that they are destined for if We do not act soon ?
