Is this Cuba or what? Thank God that no one was mistakenly killed however the couple should at least have any damages repaired.

good to know that "the government" is there to beat you, kick in your door, search your house, abuse your wife, and offer a cursory apology when you have done nothing wrong.

I hope this happens to you when your neighbor "crosses the line" and they kick in your door, wreck your house and terrify your family. It'll be a big smug joke then, won't it? And you won;t even see it coming, because you aren't doing anything wrong, JUST LIKE THESE POOR PEOPLE. wise up. you're next.

SUE SUE SUE SUE SUE. Even if you can't win, SUE. Get the media's attention and raise the biggest stink possible. Embarass the hell out of the keystone cops that ruined your property & reputation.
The only way to get rid of this police state is to resist.

Making marijuana a controlled substance is insane. Pot has never killed anyone. At the time it was made illegal all about racism and not about saving anyone. Now we have the DEA raiding people just because an anonymous caller says they might be growing pot.
Meanwhile there are meth houses that are selling death to people but they could care less. I'd much rather have people selling pot than meth.

This happens more often than is widely known. People have had pets killed, bones broken and have been killed "by mistake." Mistakes should have consequences.
Does anyone know of a website that is making a list of these mistakes?

These bastards are lucky they didn't 'accidentally raid my house. Law abiding citizens shouldn't have to fear the law. The government should fear its people.Unfortunately this is what our world is coming to. The time is rapidly approaching where our only option will be to respond with deadly force. If my house is raided without a warrant and they won't let me call 911, they'd better plan on killing me, because I will shoot as many as I can on my way out. This is gestapo bull that should NEVER come to pass in our great nation.

It is amazing how folks continue to fight this War on Drugs on the defensive. That's certainly not the best way to win a war imo.

Things like this are why it's every persons duty to vote not-guilty when serving on any trial of non-violent drug offenses. Enough is enough.

all of y'all are full of it. You won't do anything to help these people except gloat on the internet. Will you give them money to fix their home? Protest the local police IN PERSON????? No, you will just boast about how they should sue the bastards, then you'll be focusing on Brangelina's triplets of Britney's heart bypass.
Go do something else. The internet had made us lazy inefective protesters. Whining on the net will not help anyone, so stop pretending like you care.
