PG Police: Sergeant Suspended Pending Child Porn Investigation ...

PG and DC need to do more screening and checks periodically on the officers they hire. They need to pry into their personal lives more because some of these officers in both DC and PG are just as corrupt as the streets they patrol. This is starting to be the norm for the people that govern our society and protect it.

If the SGT is found guilty, he should be placed in General Population.

As An Ex-Cop & Child Molester, the criminal justice system in place will cleanse the genepool for us tax paying citizens, not to keep people like him around for ever being in public again.

What a dumb **** . What was he thinking I personally know this guy and he was not well liked to begin with and now he is truly shown he is a total failure. He called me a dumb **** one time and I almost punched him in the grill. Now whos the dumb **** dave.

Larose, i unfortunately know that idiot. I hope the FEDS fry him. He is not and NEVER was an example of what a police officer is. Especially a Prince George's County Police Officer. Good luck in jail.

I second this officer or person. He is probably the most hated individual on the PGPD. He has no "love" on this end.

I too have worked around and on the same shifts with Larose and I can honestly say that he has burned a lot of bridges on the department with his attitude and demeanor. I too was a Sergeant in the Military and there's a difference in being firm and tough and train your Marines and Soldiers so they can survive rather than being a know it all pompous jerk and belittle individuals because you may know something they don't. I really hate name-calling but SGT, well previously known as SGT, Larose carried himself like a know it all pompous jerk. He made some comments towards me about how punishments on the department should be handed out for officers who violated department policies. Larose, if you're reading this and since you're such an expert on punishments, can you enlighten me on how an individual should be punished for violating and stealing the innocence of defenseless children?

And one last thing before I step off my soapbox. This entire incident brings a lot of shame to this Department and all police Agencies worldwide. For the individuals who read this and are not police officers please understand we are not all like this and I seriously hope this incident does not allow you to develop a stereo type of law enforcement officers. The majority of us police officers are good humans with families just like the next person.

Wow... just goes to show that what's done in the dark will ALWAYS come to light... especially to those who have been allowed to be in a position of authorith... all authority is ordained of God... and anyone who uses that authority in the wrong way will be exposed! Too bad for this guy... I'm glad he was caught though, who knows whatelse he may have done! Is this guy married? Does he have childre? I just don't get it!!! All those years... down the drain!

Wow you people are amazing why don't we just lobotomize all potential police officers. Let me remind police are people too. We don't have batteries up our asses and our oil isnt changed every 3000 miles. We have problems and screw ups just like everybody else. Grow up people the person laying in the bed next to you may be squeezing your dogs nuts when you are out. This is life and it is not according to some book written by the great engineer. I personally didn't like him either and it disgusts me he is in my profession but that is life if he is charged and convicted he should be punished according to the laws of our country not by some fruit loops writing comments on a news website. I fear you all.

Bugfeet, where did all that come from? Federal charges against a cop for kiddie porn.. are not brought lightly.

So, after he is found guilty, then fry him.

And, "problems and screw ups" might cover affairs, tax issues, over due library books...but not kiddie porn.

LMAO yeah I didn't expect to hear the death penalty, I guess we'll have a firing squad right outside of District I and the Courthouse courtyard all ready for him at high noon Friday. LOL
