Who cares?

The town's insurance company?

What happens when one of those kids falls and gets hurt some his rich Greenwich mom hires an attorney and sues the town for some ridiculous lawsuit?

You can pay hire taxes.
You can supper stupid lawsuits.
You can stop things like this.

Pick two.

You certainly can't whine on the internet about how you want lower taxes, you want to stop these BS lawsuits, and you want kids to play unsupervised baseball on town property.

I guess these neighbors were never kids. What a shame it is that a few crotchety old buzzards have to ruin the fun and clean play of children. I hope that these neighbors get what they deserve one day.

Think of the children!

Then think of who you are going to vote for in the next town election. Kids playing sports outdoors, being kids, should be encouraged, not frowned upon because of financial liability. Life comes with risks, you shouldn't try to hide from them.

Just a bunch of snobs in Greenwich. Hopefully when those teenagers grow up, then can move out of that snobbish town.

I can just bet, the town called up the insurance company. What a joke.
After underwriting all types of property and casualty business, including liability insurance, I can just imagine any underwriter saying stop this activity now... I don't think so.

You want the children off the streets but not in your backyard. Give me a break let them have the field. They had enough sence to clear the land and put up a wall then leave them alone or maybe you want them to become hoodlems like all the rest of the bad kids out there

This is ridiculous. Kids can't be industrious and creative without a permit? Glad I can't afford to live in Greenwich.

maybe those rich snobs would be happier if those children were breaking their windows or breaking into their houses. didn't see any of them being over weight either. at least they were doing something productive !!

That would be a Blessing for the rest of the State. Lower Fairfield county is a waste of Humanity with its pit of Greed and Selfeshness. Those are the people that the rest of the world hate when they speak of hating Americans... Materialistic Creeps.
