Hayward Police: Man Had Sex With At Least 2 Teens

its only obvious that this guy was makeing poor decisions,But as a father myself haveing a daughter who was in the same position as this "under age haveing sex with someone 10 yrs older than her" I went to the police for help they tryed to tell me it was concential sex and there was nothing they could do! Well perhaps they were just lazy or didnt care but I will tell you a 13 yr old having sex with a 23 yr old in my book is rape! and back in my day if I had tried this I would have been sent up the river with no boat and no paddle! Perhaps the cops could do nothing but as a father I could! one baseball bat and two swings latter the creep wound up with two broken arms, I was taken in by the cops for assault all charges were eventually dropped the D.A. if it were his daughter he would have probably done a lot worse! so this young man should concider himself lucky that some girls father didnt get ahold of him and break his neck! you will never understand unless you have kids of your own and someone does them wrong,yeah this kid needs help in a big way or he will wind up the type that rapes his own daughter someday or becomes a serial pedifile, people through out there lives have to deal with a lot of emotional termoils but that doesnt give one an excusse to take advantage of someone else as being an adult he should have knowen better, I hope he gets the help he needs and I hope for the families that he has done wrong by,Time heals all wounds but memories are forever!

If the young ladies consented it does not make it right, but some 15,16,17 year old girls look older these days. Did the girls lie about their age or was this topic never brought up. That could make a difference.

In this report, I don't see anything about RAPE. This sounds like the young ladies, gave consent. I know, I know, the age of consent is 18. However, if you read, you know that girls and boys are having sex as young as 12 and some even younger. That being said, I am in no way condoning what this man did, he is an adult he knows what he was doing was wrong. It also appears that the young ladies knew exactly what they were doing. I know, and I'm sure you know, of young girls 15,16,17 years old who are having sex with 18,19,20+ year old men who are their boy friends. Most of these girls use some type on birth control provided to them by their parents,schools,and clinics. So in essence these parents and yes even our schools and society are giving consent for these children to have illegal sex. Sad but true, and most of you who read this know it is true. Again, I am no way condoning what this man did. But facts are facts. This is just what today's society has become. Like it or not.

I guess if this makes me a "bitter ex," so be it. I wouldn't call it immature, but if that's what you think it is, I don't care. I just want people to know the truth. Alright, so maybe I have the facts wrong as far as which teenager he was ****. And it's nobody's business what happened the night I hurt myself, only Andy and I know the truth about how it all went down, but if anyone's interested, I wasn't trying to hurt myself. I was starting to lose it because he was driving me insane, always lying. That night another side to him came out and he called me horrible names, laughed at me. We had broken up earlier that day. But that doesn't make it right that he stole from me, or lied to me on a daily basis. If he wanted to be with someone else, it was wrong of him to move in with me, tell my friends he wanted to marry me, carry on with me like he cared. I admit that I was stupid when it came to him. He was a damn good liar. He would cry, always get me to believe him and give him whatever he wanted, because he did come off as sensitive. Forgive me if I'm wrong for being as affected by everything as I am. But the fact that I found out only this year that he was living a double life while he was with me has disturbed me. I wish I could forget him. Obviously I have no idea what I saw in him. But it's important to remember that while I was definitely young, I was over 18. And I understand that whoever he was having sex with probably consented. But he is manipulative and a 33...now 34 year old man...really has no business having relationships like that with underage girls. Andy and I had a lot of issues while we were together. And I believe he has a LOT of DEEP issues of his own that I'll never understand. But I'll always hate him for what he did to me, and if that makes me "emo" or "crazy" than I'll have to deal with that. Unlike him, I'm not going to pretend to be something I'm not. I'm human, and I dated him, and he f*cked me over. Forgive me for being angry, and a bit jaded.

For the record, my husband doesn't do drugs, either. He is 3 years sober now, and he's a wonderful man that loves me, and there was actually no reason why he should have even come up in this message board.
