Patrick to deliver $260G for youth jobs during Lowell visit

Gov. Deval Patrick was set to deliver more than $260,000 in grant money for youth summer jobs this morning during a visit to Lowell High School.

I do hope some of these payed summer youth jobs are being given to the minority White youth in Lowell. It seems ALL the youth funding is going to everyone else All the time. White kids live here in Lowell too.

How do you know all the funds is going to a minority child, anyone who apply will be put into conisderation, there is no bais in who get the fund, do your research before you going blahing on the page and make a situation casue you feel left out check yourself for real
