Proposed fast-food restaurant ban is insulting

It seems to me that most of you are barking up the wrong tree. The one G-D given right we do have is the freedom of choice. If I choose to eat at a fast food drive though everyday, that's my choice. If I choose to cook at home that too is my choice. No one, and I mean NO ONE, is going to tell me what I can and can not eat!If I lived in that area I'd be hammering down her door demanding how the hell she thinks she can direct and control and tell me how to run my life! Then let her try and tell me I'm over weight! I've never seen this lady but there's a good chance that she ain't on the skinny side. The power these politicians seem to think they have over the people that put them there is astounding to me. Has she nothing better to do? Is this what she considers HELPING the people in her district? 100 years ago, a person like this would have been tared and feathered and run out of town! Now you can't do that but you can sure put her in her place. Take your power back and tell her she has overstepped her bounds!

they also want to put on very scary warning labels on the big mac box!!! of course in english and spanish maybe in chinese too...

Two all beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles,onions on a sesame bun please! I want more fast food. That's right, let the corporate fast food giants tell you how to live your life, bombarding you with multibillion dollar ad campaigns to the point that you're reciting their jingles. But if someone suggests it might not be healthy, smack 'em down!

That's no different than any other form advertizing. What happens on T.V when spring comes??? Don't you automatically think about hay fever??? Same thing. I for one, and a honestly do hope more people are stronger than you give then credit for, can see right though what being pushed down my throat and simply say NO. You are saying that these people have no brains, well maybe you are right. If you re-read what I've said, you will see that I said stand up against someone else telling you what you can and can not do! Again maybe I'm wrong, but if the big boys all told you to jump off the roof ...would you??? mcdonalds now has ads in glendale busstops in spanish, armenian and tagalog (flipinino)! Next will no doubt be PIG Latin!

could these people be any dumber, don't they have bigger problems to worry about. perhaps the crime in their cities. leave honest business alone.
