Heaven help that child with life-threatening injuries.

I heard the baby is going to be ok. May God be with the family and this poor boy that must grow up without his daddy. Everyone please pray for him.

.. very nice family. David's parents just celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary 06/26/09. David had married Valentines Day 2008. His little boy was in the car with him. Please keep this wonderful family in your thoughts and prayers.

Seriously, the dude was killed for whatever reasons, with his son in the car and all you can do is pull up a record of old offenses. Sure glad you have never done anything wrong in your life to warrant judgement against you. God Bless everyone involved.

Medick, thanks for the links. It silences those touting what a great guy he was. He appears from this to have been a time bomb, just waiting to kill an innocent person. It makes me wonder how many more out there have multiple convictions for impaired driving, but have been put out on the street by our legal "system".

I didn't read in this story that drugs or alcohol are suspected.

Have a little compassion for this family.

he had an open case? It still doesn't matter, but with the quick look that I took on your link it showed his case was inactive and had been for a few years.

The top link that Medick provided showed 21 cases in Tulsa County and 2 in Rogers County for David Andrew Cacy. The lastest one was an arrest in August 2009 for a forged instrument (you have to scroll down to see the Tulsa Co. records and click on the link that reads "More Results may be available. Click here for more results from the Tulsa Database" to see the last, most recent case. Earlier this year he and his wife were filing for protective orders against each other (3 filings total (he filed in Jan., she filed in Mar., he filed in May). A couple of cases were filed by him against others for small claims.

This is a guy who spent a lot of time in the court system, one way or the other.

Medick, the burglary charge was dismissed because the prosecution witness never showed up. Because he was not convicted, there is the possibility he was innocent of that charge, just to be fair.

Quit trying to trash someone... pray for the son and the family... this is ridiculous
