Trash Truck Accident Sends Two To Hospital

Glad to hear they are ok after all. I heard this when I was brushing my teeth and it just made my heart sink.

The fog between Salina and Pryor was really bad this morning. Added to that was steam coming off the lake. They ended up having a couple of really bad wrecks on westbound Hwy. 20 about 8:00. The initial wreck was bad enough, but cars kept plowing into the wreck. They then had one just west of the bridge across Lake Hudson. There ended up being approximately 15-20 cars involved total, and westbound Hwy. 20 was shut down for awhile. Be careful out there.

Glad to hear they were able to get this girl back. Thoughts and prayers to everyone involved in all the wrecks this morning.

The 14 year old girl is the car reck in my cousin she is a strong womderful christain young lady. Your thoughts and prayers mean a lot to our family. Thank you

please update us as her condition gets better...i am praying for her full recovery!!

So sorry to hear that things don't look good. You have my thoughts and prayers for this young lady and her family.

I am so glad that both are alive... the fatality report so early this morning about this teen disturbed me deeply..I pray for them and a quick recovery.. and for the families...I realize that the student thought the trash truck was turning... what made them think that... if a signal was going maybe the driver of the trash truck should be cited... or charged or something...

My Son has had classes with Stephanie, please know that our family is praying for her and your family. Our hearts and prayers are with you.

She was pronounced dead at the hospital and even a chaplain was headed to parents house. The journalist was only reporting on what everyone thought to be true. She was resusitated 2 different times but it does not look good for her. She was without oxygen for too long. My husband works with her father. Please pray for their family as they face the most difficult decision a parent must face.

My husband and daughter were first responders this morning. They were there to be with the girls. My husband prayed for them. It has really upset my daughter and husband. We are praying for this family please keep us posted.
