"They are awaiting results of an analysis of human blood found on the outside of Jordan's mail truck, hoping to learn whether the blood came from Jordan or someone else."

This loon could have injured or killed someone!!!

He disappeared seven days ago. How freakin' long does it take to analyze blood?

Guess the wifey isn't speaking so highly of her "good" hubby now. She kicked his butt to mommy and daddys curb with a quickness!

His parents house? So.....what isn't being said? He is 48 years old! Is he dangerous to be with the wife and kids? He had a wad of cash (though we all have a wad of cash when living paycheck to paycheck)and an unregistered gun, gave a false name...
When he goes postal on the poor parents, then will they give him a psych evaluation?

This is great news!!!! Run away from work, go to the bank, get wad full of cash, rent a kayak and go for a ride down a river with tent and six shooter by my side just to stop off and buy scooter in Columbus. Get arrested and get sent back to mom and dad house wiht ankle bracket. Homer Simpson is in Knightstown Indiana - Time for a new movie to come out.

What he doesn't have a right to quit his job when he wants to? Sounds to me like he wanted some time alone, but everyone else want's to stick their nose into his business, and as far as the gun goes, if he didn't threaten anyone with it, then leave him alone. It shouldn't be against the law to carry a gun in the first place..permit or not. A permit is just another tool (like most laws) the government uses to gain control over people they are suppose to serve.

As I said before the Federal System is only interested in ruining this guys life. They could care less what health problems he may have.

The federal Courts is where less than able Lawyers and Judges are sent to pasture. Certainly not a bastian of Legal Prowess and Justice.

So he now rides a scooter, lives with his parents and is on detention-it is like he is being demoted to 15. Also his wife didn't notice 5000 dollars missing if they were really living paycheck to paycheck that is something you would notice.

He did lock the mail up. It's not like he left a trail of it for people to pick up. Let the man be and go find some real crime to deal with. We have plenty of it.

This guy OBVIOUSLY has mental / substance problems. Realize this .... this guy most likely has given away (I say most likely, because union rules may astonishingly save him) one of the top of the line, blue collar jobs left in this country. I know a bunch of these mail guys, and they sit around and bitch over beers ..... but in the end, NONE of them EVER quit. They used to have a better gravy-train job situation because of lax govt oversight, and bu--hit union rules; but they have been clamped down on a little, and they don't like it. There's a very regimented, semi-complicated system of hiring for postal jobs. But I can tell you this .... there will be HUNDREDS of people, if they have passed the tests, ready to take this guy's job.

What's the big deal??? Who did the guy hurt??? He locked up the mail truck when he left it. Leave him alone, he should not be prosecuted. Just fire him and move on!

For all we know, his wife could have been on whatever scheme he was performing. Maybe he was going to fake his death and she get the insurance money and then they take off together and live off that money. Hmmmm....

There were several authorities looking for this man...lots of the state's time and money spent on this wako. THAT is the big deal...not to mention how much he hurt all the people that cared about him and thought he was a "nice man".
