Interesting that drugs was not involved in this incident, or at least not mentioned that it was. Not only will she spend more time in prison, but now she will not be able to work in this state. Buhbye....

Many people always say they're sorry and how they'll never do this or do that again JUST BECAUSE THEY GOT CAUGHT! If she didn't get caught, she'd still be stealing.

How can you steal from a church?!

When she gets out, she can run for the legislature and get caught for DUI.

She disregarded the word of God that says, Thou shalt not steal, and that God will not be mocked, and that you reap what you sow. I strongly suggest restitution because it will teach her to be accountable to those in authority over her. She should also volunteer at that church after her sentence and learn how to give instead of take. They are lessons that will serve her well for life.

Right there, just like He is right there with you now. You just like her have to opportunity to "choose" She "chose" to do the right thing. God doesn't force Himself on you. He wants you to "choose" Him. God Bless.

OOps! I meant to say She "chose" to do the "wrong" thing. I guess I was thinking how wonderful it "would" have been had she done the right thing. Sorry, about the typo.

You mean to tell me this person was on the rampage breaking the law from as far back as 2000. For seven plus years this person got away with it and all the authorities are willing to give this person is 1 and a half years timed served and five years probation. Wow, who does she know? I firmly disagree with keeping the ID theft off her record. This person is a theif and the public has a right to know what she is capable of for their own protection. Clearly "white collar crime pays" is the message that the judicial system is sending out.

The same place He was during the Holocaust. God isn't the some miracle trump card when humans do horrible things.

I use to read so many years ago of people saying that our judges and lawyers are our biggest problem of hurting society when citizens report crimes then law enforcement stop negativitity and evil by capturing criminals but the Lawyers and Judges rehurt society by not using wisdom in their judgement...I am a witness that our leadership in judges and lawyers are changing, it is as if they realize that this wonderful thing called life will be over some day and all politics and beliefs will bow before a loving God who will ask us all,"What did you do with the time that I gave you..."Our leadership is changing for the better every single day, people are having trust more and more...Our leaders are leading little by little for the the better everyday...Let's bring back home as many as we can before time runs out...

Stealy girl said,"The past 9 months has been really hard,...I am so terrified of ending back up where I've been."That's the probation part kicking in,you fool!Ripping off the church is a NO NO.HOW on earth did she manage to open 12 credit card accounts using her kid's identity(age 12~14 years old)? The credit card company must of been HARD UP,to issue her those cards!Kimberly will be back in jail, sooner than later.Cuz she is "not the sharpest tool in the shed".I hope Judge R.Pollack will pay out of his own pocket to"house",Kimberly when she gets caught again.Judge Pollack you're not doing anybody a favor with this light sentence, most of all Kimberly.I know it cost smoney to "house her, even now.But there will be less VICTIM(s),if she is BEHIND BARS!You're the JUDGE,so better hope she does not commit a crime.

How can you steal from a church?!
Years ago at St. Elizabeth Church in Aiea, we had a similar occurence of embezzlement by the church secretary. She took money from the church youth ministry and other ministries. With her ill-gotten gains, she bought a house on the Big Island. Her embezzlement caused loss of faith, loss of friendships, and suspicion amongst parish members. As part of her settlement, she was required to make an apology to the parish congregation. Her apology came in a written letter that was read to us one Sunday. I have always felt that was inadequate for the crime she committed. She stole much more from the parish than mere money. She should've been made to stand before the congregation and apologize in person. Only then would her apology been deemed adequate.
