It is disgraceful. I agree with above comment. They are "stupid"! I hope the register continues to reject such stupidity. The parents have no regard for their child nor the impact it will serve on them through life. These are not NAMES; they are SENTENCES.

The parents are utter and complete nuts. A lack of judgement yes, hopefully their parenting skills are better.

4 Luckily, the names were rejected by government officials. As you can tell, names can make/break a person. Lucky for me, I LIVED up to my name. |

So, what are the parents' names? Maybe they were given stupid names and they just decided to pass on the tradition to their child. People should have more common sense in naming their children and the impact it will have in their lives. One name I saw in the paper for a child was "Ecstacy." Poor kid.

As bad as her name was/is, it could have been a lot worse (I would list them but then I would prob be banned).

The parents want their 15 minuits of fame and they are using their child to get it. They will just rival in the spotlight everytime someone ask them, why?

Our given names are sacred. Parents who think so little of their child's "becoming" (maturing into their identity) have already broken ties with their baby when they selfishly give them unbecoming names. Shameful, irresponsible, and not loving.

I agree with the Judge!
Once again, children at the mercy of stupid adults. |

In CT, one mother named her daughter "Female" (Feh-mah-lay) because she thought the hospital named the child on the birth certificate. Another named her daughter "Umbilical" after she heard the nurse use this "beautiful" term. Maybe next time she'll go with "After Birth" if it's a boy.
If you think education is expensive.... |
