I'm all for a good German-style beer too! But, I myself wouldn't be looking for a one-glass, "overly crafty" offering. On the other hand, a tasty baseball-watching, lawn-mowing, suds would be a quantum leap over anything you can get in the area nowadays (you know the ones). Everyone is anticipating the opening, Jim.

This is great news for Hanover to have such a facility. We are trapped between **** hum bars and a few so called unfriendly up-scale establishments. There are a couple of wonderful local taverns that are friendly and trouble free, but, the brewery will be most welcome like a breath of fresh air and fresh beer.

My friends and I are looking forward to it!!

This is going to be a great addition to the town. It's good to see Jim is taking his time and doing it right.
With the Drew Carey thing, will we see a version of Buzz Beer?:) |

I'm very much looking forward to the opening of this establishment. Hanover has enough "franchise" eating establishments. We are in dire need of something like this. I'm also excited about the fact that they're renovating an historic building.

While I appreciate beer and all the German folklore I'm happy to see you gave credcit to the old wagon factory w/Wagon Wheel Wheat beer.
And don't forget us wine lovers. |

Awesome, someone with an original idea for Hanover! Nothing corporate, nothing fancy. Hopefully, whatever borough or township you are in is supportive of this endeavor and not making it difficult for your dream to come to fruition. Best of luck, and I'll be patronizing when you open!

there's nothing in the background of the picture and if you drive by the building it looks as though there no activity ever. Great idea, but I don't believe it will ever happen.
Hope it does, but it's not looking good. |

Yah! DAS ISS GUT'E bier!
I spent 15 months in Germany around Nuremburg back in 1954-1955. German beer puts all American beers to shame. Octoberfest in Munich! AHH, what great memories. Almost every little village had its own brewery. A Weiner Schnitzel on a hard roll and a bottle of good German beer,..Man, you thought you died and went to heaven!. I can't wait for this local brewery to open for business. Good Luck! P.S. Don't forget to put SCHNITZEL on your menu! |

If they need a taster I am the man for the job

You need to have some education in sensory evaluation, not just "that's good ****, gimme one of dem cold beers". |
