Local man on top 25 unpaid child support list

While it is pretty chickensh*t to not pay what one owes, I couldn't help but wonder where the WOMEN on the deadbeat list rank at. Supposedly, according to state law, a person that is delinquent in child support is deprived of all state issued licenses until they settle up. Jail time is rare because lawyers argue that if the person is incarcerated they cannot make money to pay the amount required.
Not exactly true...you see there are work programs in prison where inmates do receive pay for the work they perform. It stands to reason that a year or two in prison and working all the while and having all money sent to the child, it's possible that the offender will be "trained" to keep his/her obligations to their children.
Of course the ACLU would most likely challenge such a system of punishment/re-payment but what is left to do except to get medieval on the deadbeats?

Society and the way women use the law makes men the scapegoat for alot of this type of stuff. Not that there are'nt valid reasons, but when women lump us with the worst offenders you have 2 choices terminal bachlorhood or go gay.

Neither of which are valid lifestyle choices for men...

Iwas contacted just before fathers day,[by the state]and told Imade the list of best paying dads in n.m.. I asked how big the list was, it was only twenty five.

Women don't lump ALL men into any catagory. Men lump themselves into the catagory. BTW, the catagory here is worst child support slackers, not murderers or something! What a whine bag!

CSED is inept. They aren't interested in pursuing anyone zealously. They get paid the same amount of public funds no matter who gets enforced and who doesn't, so what does it matter to them?

BTW, more women might keep their legs closed if more men were willing to keep their peckers in their pants.

I feel that us women should be pro-choice before we open our legs, and weigh the consequences before we have a child who is not wanted, or if we make a decision and have a child because we truly want a child. And men should keep their pants up and not pressure or insist that a woman give in to them. Some women use a pregnancy as a weapon to trap a man, and men should also be careful with whom they get involved. As should women. After we get pregnant we do not have any other choice but to give birth and raise the child hopefully with a man who really wants to care and support our child. We should stop and think before we act.

AMEN to that!!! No such thing as "personal responsibility" anymore. One should always presume that sex without protection = surprise pregnancy.

You're missing the big picture here. Most of those guys were married to these women, who probably met someone with a bigger "paycheck", or they went after younger men, and divorced, and demanded the poor hubby to pay so they can party it up. Seen that too many times here in good old C-bad. Especially around the time the Chippendale gigolos' were at the My Way. Don't let your wives go whoring around the bars.

For some reason they won't take the money that is owed for child support. I called and I think it is BS! People can send money to the deadbeat father and he gets to keep it and enjoy his commisary and be happy in prison and not give a damn about the child. Besides, they dont make crap.

Oh, and there is NO such thing as an accident for getting pregnant. I am so tired of hearing that excuse. I did not know I was pregnant, I cannot believe I am pregnant. blah blah blah. Only time for the surprise is if b.c. did not work like in my case, but all my children were wanted. but how can having sex be an accident? The woman did not slip and her legs come open or her back messed up while bending over and the man also fell right into or or bumped into her.
