Although Obama won in Houston, Dallas, and Austin, Hillary made up the vote count by winning big in El Paso, Laredo, and Brownsville! Great strategy by the Clintons!

Please not another lying, cheating clinton in the white house. Don't people remember all the lies corruption and crap they did before when they bought such a scandal to the White House? Universal health care may look good to the lazy, cheap people who don't want to pay for it, like the ones who sit at home and collect food stamps, live in subsadized houses and have babies at the tax payers exspense, but where do you think the money is going to come from? THE TAXPAYERs!!!!!. Look at your yearly taxes for your house, notice that you are paying a hefty sum to Thomason hospital. Get real people, who wants a president in the office that crys when she doesn't get what she thinks she has a right to, and is so blind she could'nt find the intern under the desk.

"Vote early and vote often!" seems to be the motto of the Dems in Texas. We seem to be the only state that allows people to vote at least twice: once in the primary and once in the caucus. The Dem delegate system is so convoluted anyway and Texas just makes it more so. What is wrong with "one person=one vote, winner take all" in a state?

Margo wins but celebrates in another district, mmm. I wonder who elected him? He couldn't celebrate in the distric that elected him. He is part of the Bush group that has trashed the country, what will be in store for El Paso?

I am a very proud Texan today. I live in FL. but didn't worry one bit because I knew El Paso would pull it out for Hillary, just as I felt all of south TX would do the same. Being from Del Rio I was on the phone to all there to vote for Hillary. GOD BLESS EL PASO

If they can't run a caucus, how can we expect them to run a country?

What is all this about. If I was to go to the County convention I would be 'uncommitted' just because I am still not sure who would be the best for El Paso, much less the border region. I will agree that Senator Clinton has the best shot becuase of her family and her numerous visits to this region and to El Paso. I still believe that Governor Richardson would have been the best choice in regards to North and South border issues as well as foreign and domestic policy.

I hope Governor Richardson is considered and accepts a post with whomever is finally elected President of the United States.

It does not matter what the regular Democratic party members want anymore. Obama needs 77% of the pledged (regular voting Democrats) delegates to win outright and Hillary needs 94%. Neither is likely to get a margin that big in a contest this close so the party elite (super delegates) will pick the nominee. So much for "every vote counts" in the Democratic party.

No, Texas Dems are not the only ones, the Ohio Republicans do pretty much the same thing...look it up, then go back to sleep.

Actually, Ohio is a winner take all state for the Republicans. McCain got all 88 delegates. NOW I'll go back to sleep. Thanks.:)

If you look real close at Margo in his commercials you can see the puppet strings that Craddock is pulling.

It's always been a well known fact: Latinos are VERY Loyal People and WE Help those who have been by our side. By Standing Firm, Mano-A-Mano, we helped Hillary Clinon WIN Texas. Senator Clinton knows she can count on US and will be there FOR US! Ulike the El Paso times who "endorsed" a man who coudln't take the time to step foot into our city. Again, Latino's remember...

Clinton should just take it all the way to the end. She is not a quiter and a good president would not quit. Fight to the end and may best candidate win. She should not make it easy for Obama. For all those that say they would vote for McCain if she wins. Well guess you like suffering under the Bush Admin, because it will be no difference. We'll call your bluff.

Why would Obama want to come to El Paso. Hell I live here and don't to be here. Face it your little Hispanic kiss the Clinton's **** over-throw Obama scheme did not work. You are getting a black President so face it. And I hope he remember what the Hispanics did not do for him and f--k all of you over!

Neither candidate has the necessary delegate total to declare victory so there is no reason for anyone to drop out. Watching all of the candidates from BOTH parties dropping out after the first couple of primaries/caucuses was too depressing. In my opinion, once you have declared you are not allowed to drop out of the campaign until someone has secured the nomination at the convention. You may suspend active campaigning if you like, but once you are in you should stay in until the end. You never know what may happen. John Kerry was in 5th place when Dean had his meltdown and Kerry went on to get the nomination. We have a buncha dang quitters running for President.
