Some churches open their doors to gay weddings

The Bible states that "A man shall leave his parents and be joined with a woman, and the 2 shall become one" it strongly states that a man to man or woman to woman relationship is against the Bible, against what God says. It is sad to see that some churches are going to open their doors and bless these types of unions, it says that they the priests/pastors will be condemmed. I wish not be be around when they are standing or sitting at the Bema Seat awaiting judgment from God. He, God will say "I know you not" This is a sad day, for all of the pastors that are reading this, please read in your Bible, you know the Basic Instruction Before Leaving Earth manuel about what is says reagarding this issue. One thing is for sure, The Bible says that when the world starts to act in times of Sodom and Gamora, look up, for our redemption draws near! Thankyou Lord Jesus for coming soon. We are waiting.

Okay, fine. All you Bible-thumpers who think you can justify your hatred and bigotry against Gays and Lesbians who have done NOTHING against you need to leave America and start your own country. God Word states to love the person and hate the sin. We have all sinned and have fallen short to the Glory of God. But do we continue in sin? In Romans 1:26, God says" God let go of them and let them do all these evil things, so that even their women turned against God's natural plan for them and indulged in sex sin with each other." Plan and simple. I have gay and lesbian friends and family members, but I do not discriminate against them. I love them, but I don't approve our their lifestyle. Everyone will have to answer to God for themselves. Jesus went and ministered to those that were rejected and unloved. We are to bring light into darkness. So will I change my views on homosexuality? NO, because it will go against everything I believe in. But I will always love.

God also told us to love and honor thy neighbor....except if he/she is gay? God told us to be kind to others and the "golden rule"...except for when it comes to gay/lesbians? Sounds like God is the hyprocrite to me. The Greeks (BC) had sex with the same sex all the time (Socrates wrote about it in "Gorgias"), then Jesus comes along and says no? This is the one issue that is keeping me from joining any church. Why can't we just let people be? And focus this negative energy into positive like stopping gang violence or violence in general? Doesn't that make more sense?

The Bible says a lot of things, some of which are contradictory, because it's been translated and re-translated and edited and re-edited. The Bilble says sex is sin, but it also says go forth and multiply. The Bible says thou shalt not suffer a witch to live. The bible says that pork is unclean. The bible says that true believers should be unafraid to drink poison, or handle serpents and that anyone claimimg to be a believer who doesn't do those things without fear is a liar. You don't drink poison or kill witches, do you? So, you just cherry pick the parts of the Bible that you are comfortable with, but then you expect everyone else to conform or else? The world has changed over the years........ The only one to judge these couples, are God. If this is how they choose to live theie life, then leave them alone. The term marriage is defined as

the social institution under which a man and woman establish their decision to live as husband and wife by legal commitments, religious ceremonies, etc.

Yes, think about what Jesus would do. He'd forgive, wouldn't he? He'd say, you are all the children of god.

Those against same-sex marriages should boycott the churches who are opening the doors to gay marriages. Otherwise, you are all participants. If they want to marry, fine...but not at the church and church's should not condone it. What is this world coming to?
