That was a very scary storm! Lots of close lightning strikes, trees down, wind and hail. I thought for sure we would have a tornado in Stratford. We lost power for several hours.

Correct me if I am wrong, but why are they still in the dark? Didn't the sun come up where they live?

Agreed. I was driving through the hail in Trumbull yesterday evening. I was sure I was going to get hit by a tree or that my windshield would shatter from that huge hail hitting it.

I lost power,but only for 10 min.The hail was pounding my windows for a while

i didn't lose power but....bailed out lots of water from basement. hail was hitting the skylights and it sounded like someone was shooting at us. we took a ride and there were lots of powers lines and trees down.
wow! haven't had a storm like that in a while.
