The Court should severely sanction the Boims for having brought this utterly frivolous lawsuit. Shame on them!

Shame on you for being so ignorant.
I guess it didn't matter what a jury decided, and a judge upheld, based on the case evidence. Leave it up to our liberal, bleeding heart Appellate Court system to find a safe haven for Palestinian terrorists and their U.S. families and friends.
You must be one of them.
I think your brain is bleeding. No one at the time proved that the charities were giving to Hamas. Furthermore you show your ignorance of the legal system. The first judge was a trial judge that had no say in the decision, no matter what he thought. His only job was to make sure that the law and proper trial procedures were followed. He did not find anyone guilty. I'd be careful aboutcalling others ignorant when you show your own stupidity.

First of all, the appellate court judge who wrote the opinion, is a woman, and a Jewish woman who was a refugee from Europe. She knows that this scapegoating of Palestinian freedom fighters by the U.S. government smacks of Nazi "justice." Second, the issue of Guantanamo belongs in the U.S. courts--because it IS the U.S. that is unjustly detaining people there. The controversy between the Zionists and the Palestinian freedom fighters does not belong in the U.S. courts. If the Zionist 17 year old had not ventured into where he did not belong, he would be alive today. The Zionists must leave the Middle East NOW! The detainees in Guantanamo must be freed NOW! The cruel and fascistic Bush regime must be driven out of office by massive political opposition. The people united will never be defeated. The conservatives and "liberals" are just the same, racist warmongers.

Ilana Rovner should have been put on the supreme court, not Samuel Alito. Apparently she does know what the original intent of the United States Constitution was.

If one American life lost in the Middle East is worth $156 million, I guess the families of the 1 million Iraqi's killed by the illegal US invasion and its aftermath are owed $156 trillion.

The Zionist mafia should be real careful of the web they are weaving to try to bankrupt Arabs and Muslims. For if and when the illicit relationship between corrupt, little Israel and US officials is revealed, perhaps in the Rosen/Weissman/Aipac trial due to start this March, the very same techniques will be fair game to use on corrupt, little Israel and its Zionist minions. I can't wait.

Judge Rovner, to her credit, more than those commenting, recognizes the distinction between the innocent and the terrorist. She simply holds us to a higher standard of proof than the mere desire to punish. Hence the case goes back to court.
"We must resist the temptation to gloss over error, admit spurious evidence, and assume facts not adequately proved simply to side with the face of innocence and against the face of terrorism."
