To writer from Chicago (cop?) who implies that all west siders are savages. Believe it or not there are some decent working class people on the West side who want to live in a safe environment. We are not all savages, if you bothered to get to know some of use you would realize that. I didn't know this kid, but he sounds like a thug. At 19 he was a father and making drug deals. He lived by the sword and died by the sword. Any death is a tragedy, but better him than me. P.S. not all liberals support criminals.
