On or about April 9, 2008, you signed into law The Second Chance Act. Sir, I am The Second Chance Act.
I was locked out of Sheridan Correctional Center (Sheridan) by Warden Michael Rothwell and the Illinois Department of Corrections (IDOC). My Illinois Contract employer, WestCare Foundation, Inc.(WestCare), terminated my employment suggesting the termination is due to IDOC locking me out from my employment.
I have filed a claim of discrimination with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) against IDOC and WestCare. I am sending you the following documents to suggest the conspiracy, discrimination and nefarious acts of IDOC and WestCare against me and The Second Chance Act of 2007. The documents are as follows:

Sir, there may not be anything you can do about my situation. Nevertheless, I thought it imperative to send this letter to inform you and your committee of how “The Second Chance Act of 2007 is carried out by the Illinois Department of Corrections, specifically, Sheridan Correctional Center and WestCare Foundation, Inc.
The Second Chance Act of 2007 is meant to reduce recidivism. It appears Sheridan and WestCare may not be part of this reduction process if they continue to operate in the manner spoken of in my writings. Recidivism can be reduced. I am a part of this reduction, but my rehabilitation did not come from IDOC or WestCare. My rehabilitation came from understanding what honesty, integrity and truth is all about.

Selecting Obama as Democratic presidential nominee is a disaster for Democratic Party. Republic party will win again.

Everyone has questionable characters in their lives but they are plentifull and extreme in Obamas. Has anyone noticed his pathetic reaction to the guilty verdict in the Rezko case, he handled it quite delicately, almost as if he were afraid to ruffle the feathers of his dear friend, the same responce came from Blagojevich. They also have the same campaign message, Blago's was "reform" and Obama's is "change", translation; more corruption just better at it. Rezko is going to stick it out in jail and hope his friend gets elected and if Obama dosn't win, Rezko is going to flip. Obama is in more than a Presidential race, he is in the fight for his life.

After reading this article I agree with everything said. I was born and raised in Chicago and lived her longer than what this Mayor has. Yes, Chicago is a corrupt city and Obama being an attorney for a corrupt businessman like Rezko had to know all about his wheeling dealings. Obama was also a racist for years along with his wife as stated in his book Dreams Of His Father. He started to dislike his mother and grandmother. I love this country and would never vote for a candidate that attended a racist white hating anti-american church for 20 years. That's not what I call a true American of this country. Hillary and McCain are true American's and Obama only wants to use Hillary so he can win the states she won. Outside of that he could careless about her. John Edwards and his Wife should stay out of politics and Obama should have worked out an Insurance Plan with Hillary not Elizabeth Edwards. Obama is no better than Kerry, Kennedy, Edwards. I thought one of the most interesting comments that I have heard regarding the candidacy of Sen. Obama was the following. "Obama did not chose to run for the presidency, Obama was "chosen" to run for the presidency". I can only assume those that made the decision to "run" BHO for the nations highest office had motives far different from those orated from the campaign stage. The corrupt political combine from Illinois has everything to gain from this and absolutely nothing to lose. Obama may think he will be the president, in reality he will be the "figurehead", basically a "stooge" sitting in our nations capital blathering away while the real powers that be amass more power and money.

If Obama gets elected there will be change! The problem is it will be negative change Obama is the front man for George Soros and his cronies as they keep trying to push their hidden agenda. This well organized group along with the help of Chicago's corrupt policticans have promoted Obama as a man of change and if elected it will be a change the fleecing of America. Soros is using the media to prop up Obama and create a false illusion through a smoke & mirrors campaign. This election is being bought and the American people are be ing used. They are playing the race game and dividing whites & blacks too avoid attention to their true agenda, and creating a false sense of security as they play on the peoples emotions.
Everyone of us wants positive change Democrats, Republicans and Independents, but Obama and his associates are self seeking and that is not positive change.

If Obama wants to clear the "Chicago Corruption air" he should sign a sworn affidavit promising not to, commute the sentence or pardon Tony Rezko or anyone else in the "Combine". He has made it clear in many debates w/Hillary that it was Bill who pardoned Ayers and repremanded Bush for commuting the sentence of Scooter. It's time for Barack to back up his slogan "CHANGE" with action, he already promised the press that he would not pardon Rezko so this act of good will should not be a big deal and it would put alot of voters at ease. "CHANGE" IT'S TIME TO PROVE IT.

Obama is no "new" type of politician...he is as corrupt as the day is long no he will probably not pardon Rezko (somehow Rezko will escape and go to Syria the "Chicago way"...However Obama will probably "pardon" Ms. Penny Pritzer of her $450 million debt to FDIC after her default of SUPERIOR BANK 2002...since she and her family donated $40,000 to Obama 2002-2004 and since she donated $30 million to univ. of chicao in 2003...wonder of ms.obama was "on board" then??? seems like Pritzer should of paid some of the people back their money before being so "generous" with Obama and U of CHICAGO and Obama had her on his finance committee on his campaign??? go figure
