Maybe he didn't do it after all. His cousin swears he didn't do it and labs came back as not matching.

I suppose you're dumb enough to believe Casey Anthony and O.J. Simpson were innocent too?

I am not saying he did or didnt. My ONLY question is if he did it and his truck was the one that hit the woman, then how in the hell is the tests saying none of her DNA is on the truck? As for Casey and OJ, there was blood found at his home of Nicole's and for Casey, there was the trunk and all of the that. I NEVER did say he didnt do it, now did I? I am just wondering as to why the tests came back negative of her cells on it. Did they test wrong, or what?

Are you willing to pay for those tests to be done? As far as I know, neither one would be admissible in court as evidence anyway. We're not likely getting all the details of the testimony via the CA, so who knows what happened with the DNA tests. The facts are, his truck was involved (Pieces from scene match his truck). The truck was hidden & blocked by trashcans at his home. Calls the "friend" the next day that he claimed borrowed his truck to have them check his house. Was he there himself when he called them? Where was he the night before when his "friend" brought the truck home? Did he see the damage? If so, I would think if his story were true, he would be the FIRST person to report all of that to the police the minute he heard about the accident! I know I sure as hell would! His story makes no sense and the friend has a solid alibi. Guilty as charged!

I know. I believe in my heart he did it just as casey anthony, I just dont want him to get by with it just like casey did too! Just his words about CSI crap and the anger about someone who is deceased like this is chilling within itself due to no compassion since he says he didnt do it.

We dont have the death penalty and if they did have it and convicted him with sending him to fry, then they need to take ALL of the other ones and do the same thing...add in the ones who killed just to kill and rape and more! I have not read how many years he faces, but knowing the system it will be 5-10, which is BS!

Glad to hear it! But his sentence will never justify what he did. I'm wondering what his attorney will come up with for reason to appeal?

No emotion over an innocent person killed=guilty all along! Guess he should have listened to stop drinking! Now, if only others would listen!

Again, this would have never happened if the mayor would have left Halloween on Sunday night like it should have been, instead he moves it to Saturday night.
If your looking for trouble to happen to you then go out on Friday or Saturday nights.

Are you kidding me! How can you blame the mayor for something totally out of his control? What kind of world do you live in?

don't think it would have made any difference what night it was , he was drunk , and he didn't stop to help any of them , he ran like a chicken . he needs to pay for what he has done . are you going to blame trick or treaters for walking ? he is at fault , not any one else , quit making excuses for him .. hope they take care of him in the big house ,like he took care of the poor mother of them kids .

There have been MANY times under MANY different mayors that trick or treating has been moved to a Saturday night. This accident could have happened any night of the week. If you honestly believe that this accident was the current mayors fault, then you should have remained childless. You obviously don't have the common sense to raise a child.
