Illegal dumping

Too bad the convenience station on Plaza Street isn't located in downtown Carlsbad. It might give some county people an idea of what it is lke to live and work near these "convenience" stations. The Eddy County Commissioners have all but refused to remove the nasty, smelly and unhealthy dumpers that are located in the center of the community of Happy Valley. Trash is trash and the idea is to get rid of it, not just pile it up somewhere. It's time that the Carlsbad Police and the Eddy County Sheriff's Department start writing some high dollar citations for littering and trash accumulation.

How old is this Doc guy? Why do they call him Doc?

I just cannot stand an improperly maintained neighborhood. We should all ride around and start reporting/calling in these eyesores and blantant code violations to the appropriate city code enforcement departments. My life partner could help in this to a great extent because he doesn't work.
