I would like to urge the voters of District 5 to cast your vote for Wm. Robert "Bobby" Sullivan for Eddy County Commissioner in the upcoming election.

Maybe Mr. Sullivan might want to take some time out and actually attend some of the County Commissioners meetings.. I know that Roxanne Lara has made a point of doing this so she knows what the issues are.

I've heard many good things about Robert. It seems Sullivan is the better choice.

Seems to me that "Bobby" is a one trick pony, and doesn't have the diversity needed for the job. Roxanne Lara is active in many groups and sits on a lot of boards which are actively engaging to the betterment of this community. This seen and not just "heard".

Mr. Sullivan although COMPLETELY over-the-top regarding drug enforcement (due to his long-time affiliation with drug enforcement) is a candidate that seems to have a grasp on the really attainable goals for the County. He is committed to cleaning up Eddy County and getting past the complacency we have regarding litter, trash and pollution. It is a very basic goal, but one that is attainable, measureable and results driven. It is refreshing to have a candidate that actually seems to have NOTICED something we can fix ourselves immediately.

As I said in a previous posting, Sullivan is the best choice for Eddy County!

I agree with Strictly Business. Roxanne Lara is the better choice. She has shown a genuine interest in city and county affairs. Of course, it doesn't hurt to be an attorney.

You will have to ask yourself is the county's drug problem worse then it was one year ago?, two years ago?, how about three? In that, is your answer..

Lara is good, but Sullivan is better...even though he doesn't have the "diversity" she has. I wonder what they could ever mean by diversity? Mi Amigos? lol |

How safe are your grandkid? Mine were walking to get a coke at local convienience store,she came home with the store clerk molesting her.As far as Iknow nothing has happened. What is this world comming to.
