Full story: Brattleboro Reformer

For the most part, the great musicians who ruled back in Cohen's day , no longer seem quite as relevant as they once did.

Baez's concerts are still very powerful events and you forgot to mention Cohen's mentor, Judy Collins's, whose voice is Dorian Gray good. Buffy Sainte Marie, another Cohen collaborator, is still amazing too.

Usually I can't get through two paragraphs of your columns, particularly the simplistic political stuff but the entertainment suff is good, this one especially and isn't it amazing that Leonard Cohen can fill a 20,000 seat arena in 2008?(the money hungry sports arena comment was gratuitous)

I have to agree with all of the previous comments. To have a sort-of-a-review on the MSG concert, and on Cohen the person, is informative, but you clearly are a CRITIC, not a reporter.
