Berkshire county has put many an innocent man away for this reason. Have you ever considered that maybe the mother had a different boyfriend and wanted this guy out of the way? No! not at all! So keep telling yourself that he is guilty. Look in the archives and take a good look at the history of your officals. Where is the comment that DSS has investigated.

I have to agree with IRON THUMB. Just because you read an article in the Eagle does make it true. I am not saying whether or not this man did something to the girl. I have no idea, I can make absolutely no judgement without hearing the evidence against him and his defense. If he or anyone does do something so heinous to a child, yes, he or she should be locked up without a key. But you cannot convict him based on allegded abuse reported in the newspaper. There is an obvious reason why he is only being confined to GPS. They do not want him to leave the Commonwealth before they have a chance to make a case against him. Which, to me, infers that at this point, they don't have much of a case against him. I hate to mention it, but isn't this the same Dalton PD that was involved with the abuse allegations against that other man, the lawyer guy who's wife took the kids to Russia? A shadow of doubt was cast in that article of their child abuse investigation procedures. I hope this is resolved fully and honestly for all parties involved.
