-- Report: Torrance Jail Leads Nation in Rape

The U.S. is handeling this Rape thing all wrong! It seems the United States doesn't want to curb this crime but to make it an on going news hound. If the Supreme court would make me a controlling officer in this matter, Rape would be a figmintation of ones mind & not reality! Thats a fact people! We are dealing with this with kids gloves, filling our jails with these vermin is not the answer! Maybe people, good, tax paying people dont have time to deal with, that they are waiting on our law system to handle it & that will never happen! Corporal punishment is not an answer neither. There are other ways that our world has seemed to have forgotten. Why? I have no earthly idea! Maybe the U.S. people like to hear stuff like this! Maybe they are the right ones in making all the stupid rules in handeling it. You want something done? & done right? without putting people to sleep? Then elect me, Cleo Powers, for your next President. I'll turn this country around & make it like it was in the 1950's, safe for all your kids to walk down a street at night without fear of becoming a victum.
Grocery prices will be so everyone will be able to buy name brand items again! SAVE products will be a thing of the past! Gasoline will be down to where it should be! I do not know why the American people let all this nonsence go on for so long. You want this country to belley up? Just keep on doing what you've been doing, NOTHING! & I'll guarantee you this country will be like you've never seen before! At least, anyone reading this might say, That person could have some answers & that person would be right!!
