Gerald Parvilus Free on Bond?

Remember the Murder? His Bond was set at 2 Million
no 10%.........
Just heard on the scanner a Law Enforcement Officer running his License Plate and D/L.....?

Something not quite right about this.

Do you have his first bown name also? How about any marks that could be used to identify him?

This is a mystery? I remember the paper saying the Gerard has a sister, and her first name was very similar to his name, and of course they had the same last name. So maybe it was his sister??? Let us know what you find out, I've been wondering about this case every since it first came out.

I posted what I heard on the scanner, yes, I mispelled his name.

I was not able to find anything on NM Courts that indicated a bond reduction.

Our DA (KEY)) is in charge of this prosecution and if you will notice there has been delay after delay in bringing this to trial.

Is he somehow out on bond? I don't know. Was hoping someone did.

Color me guilty of being a worry wart.

Makes as much sense to me as all the delays in bringing this thing to trial, so you are probably right!

Only thing I can find. Maybe reduction of bail on 05/20/2008. You might have to thank Keys and Counts for having him out on bail.

Worry? As a resident of Alamogordo, I would be outraged. Based on this event, can we now expect Hardegree to drive down 10th by Christmas? Unbelievable!!!

I figure he will be out by Halloween at this rate.

Well, if he is out and about I would sure like to know.

I think with everything that goes along with what happened in this case the military would not be letting him out. I know I am gonna see it isnt a military case and stuff like that. But you also have to know he went AWOL from the military to come back and do what he did. So before he got let out of prison they would have to turn him over to the military and the military would keep him in.

Which murder are all of you talking about? It seems that people are mixing information up about two separate murder cases. This is how information gets lost in the gossip mill when you don't keep facts straight. Just how many of you are DPS officers?

I think you're getting confused. Parvilous (sp) is the guy that went AWOL from Korea so he could murder his wife's lover. Hardigree is the guy that gunned down his neighbor in front of his kids. Parvilous is supposedly out on bail. Now speculation is that Hardigree, too, will be out on bail by Halloween.

Anyone care to make a bet? I say it's Labor Day.

Gerard Parvilus is still Incarcerated at OCDC
according to staff there.

Perhaps it was his sister as one poster suggested or someone using his ID and vehicle, I don't know.

I check the NM Sex Offenders website all the time and I SURELY DON'T GO TO THE RACE TRACK OR HIRE WHITE SANDS CONSTRUCTION FOR ANY CONTRACTING JOB I MIGHT HAVE!

This guy is the one that murdered the gentleman at Hampton Inn. We are keeping our stories straight here.
