Good gracious, they are talking "trash" I don't see it being a deal big enough to be behind closed doors. What are they trying to hide from Tullie?

Wow. I was considering checking out Tulie as a place to move to when our household divides this coming spring. This kind of thing with the trustees sure makes me reconsider!

When committee members go into "executive session," it's just that, "executive." They are restricted from discussions that take place in the meeting. However, they report on the "action taken" in executive session. Executive session is not "public."
Usually when an item is "tabled" it is because there is a need to review to make an informed decision.

Thanks for the response, but you did not answer my question. I believe that there exists very strict guidelines regarding what exactly may be done behind closed doors and the justification for doing so.

The public has learned that doing things in secret is WRONG and it is the public that pays the price. What does this committee wish to hide and why? The citizens of Tularosa should demand an accounting for these actions.

Someone else suggested that today - it was also on my list of maybes.

Yup - they will be building and I am going to find my own place. Dividing up pets, kids, assuring social workers that they are not losing a home, but gaining one.

And trying to fit the planned 2-3 years of remodeling this place into a couple of months so we can get it listed.

I'll have HoC send you my email so we don't bore others with all this...

Yes, P Mom, e-mail me at the home e-mail address I gave you, and I'll send you her e-mail, AND a picture of the newly chosen wedding dress, which Mr. C is not allowed to see.(It's red and black and has poofy sleeves, that's all he needs to know.)

Now you know the kids will love Siberia;-)
Not at all fair that the wedding planner gets to see the dress and I don't. I'll bet a woman came up with that rule;-)
