Didier Drogba picked up where he left off last season by notching an opening day hat-trick as Carlo Ancelotti's side hit sorry West Brom for six at Stamford Bridge.

What a player Drogba is, we are lucky to have him. If only we could get another world class striker to play up front with him.

Just surprising, he had not been effective in the last WC. His skill is no better than that of Inesta, Pedro or Messi. All he does is to run with speed just like Wayne Rooney. England failed to control coz speed is not good enough. Germany played speed game, but still not good enough. The whole team got to have good skill. Holland just couldn't sope with the skillful Spainiard and that was why the had resorted to rough game, kicking high on the chest of the Spaniard. If they had played a gentlemanly, they could have been beated badly.
