Somalia: Somaliland and Puntland Troops Fight Each Other

i think every body know who this region belong to, and therefore i don't understand why some people wnat to create problem for the people of the region

I think somaliland troops should dimolish the putland so call troops, what are they lol

So called breakaway Somaliland leaders who is trying destabilise most stable region in Somalia. Somaliland leader’s initiative this war in order divert their own political crisis within Hargeysa and surrounding region. Ordinary civilian are suffering at hand of Somaliland leaders which is really highly corrupted politician. If Somaliland leaders follow their faith truly in this especially months of Ramadan; they would not start this war. True advice to Somaliland people must obstruct their own leaders to stop this war and must be accountable what happened in Sool region.

Puntland leadership and military personal must use restrain and to solve political dialogue and give a diplomacy a chance to work. Puntland elderly, Business leaders, intelligible leaders, politician leaders and ordinary civilian must come together debate whether we want to see inclusively represent all Puntland civil society , equally power sharing and rotating top positions to every region s within Puntland .

sool and sanaag belong 2 somaliland. somaliland was ruled by british colony and still remebers its borders in centryes (1845).

after 12 years that the sool and sanaag regions were under the conrol of somaliland who the hell does puntland think they are coming and trying to take them over. it is obvious those areas belong to somaliland even if people belonging to majeerteenya live there. example: if in a say londen 2 million irish people live, does london belong to the goventment of irland hell no. so why should this case be any different. Undertand this, because you go and live in a region of a country it oesn't mean you own it.

I think the (people) government of puntland should stop trying to own sool and sanaag. Evereyone knows or should know that; they only want it for the potential oil and gas it contains. therefore i think that puntland and somaliland shouldn't fight ove somaliland teretory. They should maintain peace and stability in the region. But oh my god does what puntland is doing/trying piss me off.
