I have had business dealings with this man and can tell you without doubt that he has anger issues that could be uncontrollable. I believe he is completely capable of both these crimes. I too hope he does serious time.

If you have been Raped or assaulted (male or female) by this monster, Please, Please, come forward so he can not rape again!!!!

Everyone makes mistakes and the accidental murder was a mistake on Jeremys behalf but there is no way he molested someone has anyone even read the charges or what the woman said, she said he came back ten minutes later IF he was gone for ten minutes why didnt she call someone or leave?
because everyone is so caught up in hating Jeremy that they are making up rumours just to try and put him away.

Savannah, we know Jeremy, an that he would not do such a thing like rape. Karma is Ugly so remember all the ones that write these bad and ugly things. He has a good lawyer an a investigator so all will be looked into. Not just Jeremy will be on trial. We will be there for Jeremy an believe in him.

The news can only tell so many details...nobody will know the truth or the whole story until the trial is done.

I dated Jeremy in Three Rivers, he is such a nice guy. I believe he made a mistake with the accidental murder. I know he would never rape or molest anyone!

Thanks You for bloging in, sometimes we hear nothing be ugly words about him. It was murder, it was a horrible accident. But all will come out at trial

In regards to the rape charges, I heard that this wasn't the first time this has happened. He had supposedly done it before with another woman. Maybe you really never truly know a person, even if you dated them or are related to them. The whole thing is very sad and I'm sure it's effecting a lot of people's lives right now. I pray for anyone that is hurting or effected by this.

Keep thinking the murder was an accident, yeah, no wonder the guy thinks he can get away with anything, with people like you supporting him. At what point is it EVER his fault??

The murder was NOT an accident, he killed my brother plain and simple.

Well his trial will start soon! An a jury will decide.

I can't know for sure because it's been years now, but I believe that Jeremy is a man that I met in Three Rivers when I was a very young girl visiting from SoCal. We dated for a short time, and he was an incredibly sweet and gentle young man. It's hard for me to think that such a terrible tragedy has befallen someone that I cared about a great deal. I hope I'm wrong - I hope that the Jeremy I knew isn't sitting in jail as I write this. And if it is the same person, it is hard for me to believe that this could have ever been anything more than a fight that went horribly wrong. I can't see Jeremy having intended to kill someone, although I know it was more than 15 years ago that I was close to him. Everyone hurts in a situation like this, and I am so sorry to have come across this story today instead of just finding out that Jeremy is living happily as I hoped he would be.
