Just a guess they are a product of public housing, welfare and any other hand outs you can imagine. Great job by the Novato PD but before we waste more taxpayer money on these scum bags, let's let someone else deliver the justice the family deserves. Just turn them over to a local Asian gang who will deliver the only message these idiots will ever understand, a bullet to the back of the head. Sometimes an "eye for an eye" is the only answer, the liberals should mark my words, these scum bags will be back to ruin someone's else's life in the future. Just hope it's not someone close to us.
