Killings turn focus on San Francisco sanctuary law

I ho-e that the brainchild behind the sancturary law will pull their head out of the orfice it is stuck in and realize that, once again, they have played into a criminals hand!!

Gavin Newsom and his ilk won't do anything about this incident, he views the city from rose colored limosine windows.

If this guy is guilty of what he is charged with then if he had been deported the first time he was arrested, those people would still be alive.

Can someone explain to me how Sanctuary Cities are legal? Isn't immigration under federal jurisdiction? So shouldn't ALL muncipalities be enforcing it?

Send in the INS and US Marshals. Have them arrest anyone who is an illegal or obstructs them in any way including any SFPD above the rank of patrolman and get thhis into the Federal Courts.

Which 'Sanctuary city' in violation of Federal law, is going to be the scene of another cold-blooded murder of an innocent victims. First Jamiel Shaw in Los Angeles and now the Bologna Father and two sons slaughtered, in a growing car rage incident.

Over the years since 'Sanctuary cities' became an abhorrent label, how many murders have been committed been hidden by the liberal court system and its timid thrall Hopefully Independents party members stop this travesty of our immigration laws Demanding pledges from both Obama and McCain, Reid, Pelosi and all the retinue, who are supposed to swear an oath of allegiance to all Americans, against enemies domestic and foreign.

The Federal government (ICE) needs to descend on Sanctuary cities across America and arrest the pathetic Mayors, and city prosecutors for aiding and abetting illegal immigrants in violation of Section 274 felonies under the federal Immigration and Nationality Act, INA 274A(a)(1)(A):

It seems fairly clear that our elected officials no longer care about their legal and moral obligation to their fellow citizens.

This heinous situation is the result of the dismissive "they are only here to work for their families" and permissive "it's the Federal gov'ts fault" attitudes/ This guy is reputedly a member of MS13 gang.

Enforce the law. Throw out the bums who allow these situations to occur. Prosecute and fine businesses that hire illegals.

I'm not opposed to immigration itself, as this country was obviously founded on the idea of immigration (other than the American Indians, but that's a whole different can of worms).... but I am so opposed to people coming here illegally, committing crimes, joining gangs, and then being offered sanctuary. That makes zero sense. If I were to, say, have the opportunity (and that's what I would consider it) to live in Germany for a while, I would do everything I could to learn as much of the language as quickly as possible, to learn the laws so that I wouldn't inadvertently break any of them, and I would go out of my way to fit in as much as possible.

This blatant disregard for our laws and our citizens by people who claim they need to be here to make a better life for themselves is sickening. I have friends who have come here legally, and it's a process.... but it's what has to happen. I'm sick of us allowing anyone in, and also sick of us looking the other way when immigrants (legal or illegal) commit crimes. I wouldn't expect any other country to allow me to come there, join a gang, and get into all sorts of trouble, with no consequences. Why should we keep doing it?(And, btw, I'm generally a very liberal person, politically, but I feel real strongly about this. Legal = okay; illegal = not okay, go home; crimes committed = not okay, go home).

You are missing the point. If "Federal Laws" were inforced..people would not die at the hands of "Illegal Aliens". Tell me what law we could enforce that would have the same affect on "Legal" Citizens as it would on "Illegal Aliens"? There isn't! So stop using the freakin "Race" card. I have yet to talk to a legal or an illegal immigrant who condones the idea of not deporting criminal aliens. Most crimes commited by these people is against other immigrants. It's only the far left liberal "intelectual" who approves of this practice.
