Still it probably isn't more dangerous than tequila :-D I think they haven't made weed legal yet because they can't keep you from growing your own.(no tax money) They don't call it "weed" for nothing :-)

Yeah, your right the prices hasn't changed that much but the new strains and variations have change tremendously and is like $130 for an eighth. Nothing wrong with dirt weed, though :-)

Check the liquor store. St. George Absinthe is one brand I'm aware of.

Sure, the gubmint used the most potent weed they could for those "studies" because they wanted the results to show how much pot impaired people. Most of the stuff everyday people smoke isn't that strong. Glasnos wrote: Hemp is a great cash product ... with many uses ... if we would just cultivate it, instead of trying to eradicate it. Hemp is also more versatile than any other major cash crop, excapt maybe for corn. Paper, clothing, food, fuel, it's a miracle plant.

Breaux. It was granted a COLA (Certificate of Label Approval) in the United States on March 5, 2007, making it the first genuine absinthe to gain approval for legal distribution in the U.S. since 1912.

I doubt it will take care of their financial problems but I am glad to see them try to do it. I am tired of the violence caused by the money. Drugs don't cause violence money does. Those drug cartels don't fight over the drugs they fight over the money. If people can legally get their own pot then that is that much more drug money which can't be fought over. It is not like the war on drugs works anyway, the will smoke it anyway.

Tax and Regulate! Retire the drug warriors, we have much more important things to be fighting. The U.S. houses more prisoners then any other country in the world, mosty due to the "War on Drugs". Most for non-violent drug crimes. Society doesn't need to police what we put in our bodies, our parents do, they ARE the gateway. Allowing marijuana to remain illegal only provides easier ways for our children to have access to it. And guess what else the street dealer is trying to sell to our kids......? Gang Life, Meth, Heroin, Perscription Pills and the list goes on. Stop this insanity America, it's no wonder we aren't the leaders of the free world anymore.

The stuff you call dirt weed we called 'commercial' and dealers couldn't give it away. And yeah, there's always the hydroponic stuff for special occasions, but when I smoke before work I prefer to be functional, not zombified.:-)

It just isn't as easy to come by because the money is in the hydroponic so that what most people sell. I do not like the zombie feeling, at all :-) More than a nice buzz is a waste :-)

Back in the day, when 5 of us had to pool our money just for a quarter, we settled for whatever we could afford, from whichever guy was willing to take a handful of grubby singles from some stupid kids. But now I have freedom of choice! And that's kinda why the idea of legalization, and government control over the product that would come with it, bothers me a bit because I know the quality just won't be there. And hand rolling will become a lost art.:-)

I am in SC now and for lack of connections I have only one source. Unless I grow myself. No need to get defensive with me. I would never throw off on a man's stash :-)
