1. judge orders face to face because that is the only way to insure witness authenticity
2. unionized deputees DECIDE not to follow the judges orders...thusly endangering witnesses and tainting all testinomy. Again, this is done by the UNION JAIL DEPUTEES.
3. The accused/witnesses adjust their testimony to achieve the single goal of STAYING ALIVE IN JAIL.....Not the case at hand. The the accused, the case at hand becomes a secondary issue. The prime directive becomes jail life...soon to be prison life. Whatever the crime was is irrelevant and not worthy of consideration. Why spend the time? It won't make any difference in jail except maybe to make you nice...which you do not want to be.

HMMM.. sounds like you might be related to one of these "outstanding " law abiding citizens in jail. Or maybe a sniveling defense attorney. Lets hope that justice prevails for the victims family.

First of all, it's deputies. If you are going to make up crap at least spell things right. Second, these are POS gang member from Hunters Point. Endangering witnesses, do you mean like shooting them at close range with a high powered rifle like the defendants in this case did. They are going exactly where they were destined to go. PRISON!

Find a nice oak tree on the hill next to the jail...string a noose around one of the limbs....and hang the punks. Le didn't get to defend himself, why should they? Cowardly bastards.

What's wrong with Hunter's point Gangsters? I used to walk through that hood every morning to work at the scaffold shop. Loved it! Never any trouble at all...totally safe streets....clean streets. I am a white 6 foot longhaired freak.
You need the fax:
1 In gov. housing.. the gang is the law. The police encourage it.
2. The gang IS the police...they protect you and the street MUCH better than the PD ever did...the pd agrees with this...but cannot say so publicly....but their behavior proves it...they allow gangs....the USE gangs.

I also lived in south San Francisco and worked scaffold there. The local gang housed me, employed me, and I had no real trouble. The streets were safe at night...I used to stroll to the bar and back...no worries. The police had a clean deal with the gangs and there was peace and security.
The gangs were created in a legal vacuum.
The police would not provide equal protection for the poor.
The poor took it upon themselves to police their own warrens.
The police saw this a a "money saver"....and so allowed it.
The practice of "delegating" is as old as civilization.
So don't hate the gangsta...she might be your grandma.

Was O.J. Simpson found guilty NO NO No Guess you don't like that either. The system works except in your case where your mind is made up not knowing all the facts. What the paper prints and the FACTS that come out in court are two different things. Oh sorry don't mean to confuse your little simple mind. Maybe just smoke some more and take a nap

The sheriff cannot arbitrarily decide to not enforce a court order- this will hose the case at least temporarily. And Ed: you better go capital on all these losers or you are out.

They already DID the non enforcement and taint the holy poopoo outta this case.
The unionized sheriff deputies are not interested in doing a good job every time.
They are like baseball players...if they bat .350...that's excellent. The side effect is a whole lot of innocents fill our prisons...and many are innocent VETERANS.
I once asked a Marin Sheriff deputy at the courthouse to compare the effort of a. making a bust or b. making a sandwich. He admitted that he would commit MORE effort to the sandwich.
It is the union. That is the brain sucker here. That is the talent stifler. That is the civil right stealer....the union. These deputies owe their allegiance to the union...not the law. The law runs a distant second in terms of priorities.
Until we face this huge monster...every aspect of our culture will continue to crumble...just like these union bridges, and your child's upside down unionized belief system. Vote Sarah!

Daily Horoscope for November 23

Taurus

Some of you will feel like you have a guardian angel watching over you; as much stress as you are under, everything should work out today. Your best friend may be on the warpath - this is also a high stress day for your partner, so proceed with caution. Don't play 'my day was worse than your day' games unless you want to pay dearly.
