A teenage girl from Kungsbacka in western Sweden was charged on Tuesday with sexual abuse after having sex with two boys who were 13-years-old at the time.

Children are not allowed to be spanked. Welfare separates children from families indefinitely if a child reports being spanked. The family will never see the child till it becomes an adult...if ever.
