In Andromeda galaxy, there is a scholar who says a thought experiment "Mach's bucket". How does the universe rotate ?

In my memory, there is an article on an asteroid. It rotates (slowly ; cycle differs) on two axes. It's difficult to image Mach's bucket.

On the same axis, there are three discs. The first is rotating clockwise, the second is rotating counterclockwise and the third is at a standstill. Centrifugal force of the first and the second is the same, and that of the third is zero. How does Mach's bucket insist ?

About revolution of planets, how does Mach's bucket insist ? It's said that gas like matter (origin of planets and the sun) was "rotating".

From viewpoint of kinetic energy, rotary motion will be absolute also.

In short, angles formed between optional two uniform linear motions (in three dimensions) donít change. About two optional two light rays, it will be the same.

Action at a distance is major premise of Machís bucket. So, it will contradict relativity.

On an axis, two disks are rotating relatively. Internal force will be different generally. How does "Nach's bucket" say ?
