NO it will be good for it! I suffered a TBI and since then I am VERY ADHD. I have taken Rx drugs and they had some odd side effects. When I smoke, I am able to focus and concentrate on the task at hand.

I have been a professional athlete for almost ten years now. I have had knee surgery on my knee for a torn acl. I have lower back pains and bursitis of the hip from constantly beating on my body for years. I have been to the doctor several times and he has only given me cortisone shots. I prefer not to take pain meds because tylenol upsets my stomach. I dont want to continue to have to get cortisone shots so I would like to know if this qualifies for the oregon medical marajuana program.

I have severe pain in my right shoulder from multiple dislocations aka ac seperation and Im about to have surgery on my rotator cuff and will be in a lot more pain i hate depending on pain medication and was wondering if i can get my card and use medical marijuana to medicate my pain, Im also registered as a cargiver for my husband but im not a patient

Hi i am an 18 year old male and a resident in oregon with 3 conditions 1. being the most serious is a neck problem that causes the left side of my face to somewhat spasm painfully and cause the left side of my mouth to go numb and has also recently caused sever headaches. 2. i tore my acl(a while ago) now that knee always gives me issues. 3. I have ADHD. Using marijuana works for all three my neck problems stop i get more focused and my knee never gives me problems. I do not like taking pain killers because i dont like the way they make me feel. I was wondering if this qualifies me for a medical marijuana card in the state of oregon. some one please wright back i will really like to know.

P.S. if this does qualify me what would i need to do to get it in the state of oregon.

Yes, Cancer is the qualifying illness, the stage doesn't matter, and for what its worth, the new WHO rating system doesn't even have the word remission in it anymore. Its all Stage 1, 2, 3, or 4.

i have a realy bad disorder ive been diagnose with adhd since the second grade ive been taking all kinds of medication including adderall, concerta, zoloft and more. Ive also been diagnosed with mad depression, anxiety im just an all the way around fucked up. But what im getting to none of these medications do not work. im currently taking the addreall 20 mg 2 times a day and all this medication does is make it were i cant eat i have stomic problems all day and still cant concentrate at all. And school as been the worst for me i cant sit still i cant concetarte to be honest i just feel like saying fuck it when im at school. this medican is not working for me at all and to be honest the only thing that has ever worked for me is marijuana i know there is people out there that are just pot heads make up shit so they will be able to get a card but im in sever pain and marijuana is the only thing that can keep me and keep me level and stright minded and make me feel better and not make it were i cant eat and my stomic hurts all the time. i have documents to prove all this and i was wondering if i would be able to get a medical marijuana card with these conditions

I have tension headaches on a daily basis. I started getting them after a car accident. I went to a doctor 3 years ago for them and was given a prescription of celexa for stress relief. They went away for a few months but came back. My scrip was incresed and they went away but still came back. I am still taking the scrip but my headaches have came back a few months ago. I have to resort to taking an over the counter pain medication several times a day along with the celexa. I am tires of taking pills everyday and would like to try a more natural way to decrease the pain. I have been told by card holders that I would qualify but I am not sure. Do I?

I had breast cancer but the tumor was removed. Unfortunately the Chemo gave me lasting intense hip pain like bursitis. I have to take Ativan to relax the muscles. I am in Oregon. Could I use the cancer diagnosis to qualify? I have my old med records. And current oncologist records. They never say you are cured with cancer.

Hey wats Good Peepz had a question im having neck and back pain for last 5 yrs i been goin to see my doctor for my pains. Doctor priscribed me different types of pain medications and None of the medication is working at all. Even got a couple of shots on my back to ease the pain but just made the pain worse & got me Sick.I just got done seeing my doctor and he priscribed me the same medication that was not doin anything for me. I told the doctor the medicine he priscribe me wasnt doin anything to ease the pain. Dats when the Doc told me there was nuttin else he could do for me dats when he told me to go see theraphy. Which i been doin and its just making the pain get worse and my back and neck is not getting any better .

I live in oregon and I have been told by 2 drs that i have arthritis. So my question is does it have to be a specific type of arthritis to get your OMMC? I am in pain daily and my Dr. will only give me Naproxin 500mgs. Thanks Cherie

i just resently smashed my finger at work and now i suffer from nerve pain, it hurts when i tuch things, also the joint at witch my finger was smashed i have a hard time bending it. i have no doctor i was treeted at the ER. is there any way i could get a card. i have self medicated before and it alowes me to bend my finger without pain. i also suffer from insamina. they put me on trazidone but when i wake up i feel groogy, and just blugh! my question is can you help guide me so i can obtaine a mmc please.

Hi, I'm 32yr old female born & raised in Oregon. Due to my disease I have been in pain management for over 6yrs for chronic pain. I've been perscribed very high daily doses of methadone for over 6yrs now. I want to be free of this horrible drug. I am on #336 10mg methadones a month, my doctor said Im the only patient he knows of that's on this big of a daily dose, which really scared me becuz of all the methadone deaths lately. For the last 9 months I've had no appetite becuz of my meds & my doctor says I've lost 50lbs in the last 9 months! I knew I was dropping weight fast & go days even a week without eating & I'm too nauseous to eat to put any weight back on me. I'm desperate to get off of the narcotics & have tried marijuana alot in the last 3 months, I've never felt better & I have actually gained 7lbs back! My question is, do u think I'm a good candidate for a mm card? I don't want to pay all the fees that thy have, just to be denied & have to spend the rest of my life on such dangerous narcotics. Oregon has a great program called OMMP or Oregon medical marijuana program, and if you qualify you can get an OMMP card which allows you to possess and use medical marijuana, great for patients who pay very little for medicine. A good resource if you need a card in Oregon is http://www.ommpcard.com
