One thing you can do is to multiply the top and bottom of the ratio by 100, giving you...

13532 / 19186

This helps avoid a little confusion on the decimal point.

Nasty long division, but doable. You should get something a little over 0.6

Just occured to me...do you want the answer as a decimal or a fraction? My response above will give you a decimal answer.

If you are looking for a fraction, take the ratio above and start factoring out common factors...both numbers are even, so start by dividing both by 2.
