Is the Baltic Sea object a UFO?

Ubiquitous are the claims that, the references to, the Baltic Sea object as a "UFO." Simply stated, the Baltic Sea object cannot be a UFO because it is not flying .

It would be a USO. I'm not sure what it is but it will definitely be something for the history books.
