I don't know Purrusaurus got a formidable bite but Lyvitan may have a thick layer of fat like a sperm whale. Both need to come to the surface to breath.I think Purrusaurus is slightly more manuverable.Still,Basically 50/50 in my opinion.

first fighters are tyrannosaurus rex who was the most fearsome and powerful land predator to ever walked the earth vs spinosaurus ageypticas was the biggest carnivore to ever walked the earth now we will who is deadliest tyrannosaurus bite force was greater than any dinosaur it can crush a car,it has a infections bite,it has a large brain,it can smell its prey from 3 miles away,it has a binocular vision, its arms can lift 180 pound. spinosaurus has a weaker bite force than t-rex,it does not have infections bite,it has smaller brain than its opponent so it doesn't have a great vision and sense of smell, its arms can lift little more weight than its opponent. the fight takes place in a open grass land, a hungry t-rex is looking for food suddenly it saw a spinosaurus and attacks it spinosaurus quickly dodges and scratches in the face of t-rex,t-rex roars in pain and became very angry and charges toward to the spinosaurus and spinosaurus bites the neck and grabs neck of the t-rex with its hands and tries to break it but the t-rex escapes and bite the neck of the spinosaurus and breaks then the t-rex roars in victory and eat the spinosaurus winner is tyrannosaurus rex

Spino could have had that too. You are biased towards T-rex in this round without stating Spino's advantages. Spino's advantages are size, height and claws. The seting is also biased since Spino more frequently inhabited the waterways. You should have placed the setting at a riverbank in which the Rex came down to drink and met the Spino. Plus, their arms are much stronger and bigger than a Rexes and cause much damage. Not just a scratch to the face. And no sane creature would try to grab a T-Rexes neck.

Don't call him biased, you just hate it when anyone "overestimates" T. rex. 3/ Size does not matter with Dinosaurs, claws? How many times can I tell you they were slung below the body and he can't rear up with 20 tons of mass. 3/ Arms stronger and bigger? Sure, but they were placed below the body. Even a slash could only get to the very lower knee if not lower, the arms were only 4 feet of the ground. In a fight of T. rex vs Spinosaurus = 65/35 or more to T. rex in my theory.

Yes still Rex would win 55-45-65/35 against a Spinosaurus.

Yes, and the sides would only be if he reared up, Spinosaurus would only be able to slash the very-lower femur heights. 4/ Yeah, I will go Lowe, I first thought 70/30 but then I lowerd to 65/35.
