Ed Teach wrote: <quoted text> pretty interesting, don't take offence but it sounds like an old sci-fi flick in which Proteus, a super computer, re-created the lost child of the inventors wife. Proteus was the child's brain however. didn't work out o good ... Science Fiction usually call some attention. It caught the interest of the experts to do some experiments to see if this can be a reality just like those film makers who created movies of aliens and planets such as Mars. And that was way back then before human was sent to the moon. As for recreating the lost love ones by cloning or by using any part of its previous existence, there is a chance that the result won't be satisfying. Our technology is not that too advanced yet for human to act like God. It can be possible but as what I've said,we are just in the process of trial and error. Our next generations and their descendants will continue the research until they find out the answers to all these puzzles that started on our time.

I realise they're holding back until the commercial possibilities of xbox and playstation are exhausted. But I think, like the internet, the white house wants a licence to restrict freedom of thought and be able to censor virtual reality b4 it becomes public.
So in these area's we probaly won't see true virtual reality for at least another 10 yrs. It takes time for anything that needed thorough studies and judgement. The government may restrict the freedom of thought but as time goes by,people come and go and new leaders would determine what's to be implemented next. The brain power of every generation is much smarter than what is was and the curiousity of human being is unending. We are headed to a much advanced Earth and what's Sci-Fi today could be a reality in the future.

My basic argument is that virtual reality is already a reality but its being held back for commercial reasons for political reasons But for no reasons of public interest.

One night in the eighties, we personally saw three lights in the shape of a triangle moving in unison darting around the sky above us. We watched for quite a while b4 they moved off.

I was seeing those UFO clusters since I was 8 years old. I thought they were moons. They disappeared fast before my friends can see them. They think I was crazy for seeing nothing.
