Over the last several months I received dozens of e-mails from viewers wanting me to test the Kinoki detox foot pads.

I must disagree with the 20 20 story on the D-Tox patches.

My husband and I tried a different brand, and maybe that was the difference I don't know; however, when the patches were removed from my husband's feet the first night, they were nearly black. He used them the second night and there was an improvement in the color, not as dark. He had better circulation in his feet and legs and just generally felt much better.

He suffers from allergies and to top it off, is drug sensitive and unable to use allergy medicines; but these work for him. We know of two other people who have used them and they also comment on the improvement they noticed in their blood circulation, etc.

We thought maybe the color was just a gimmick in the patch that everyone would get the same color. Not so when I tried them, my color was a lot lighter and Hubby laughed and said "you drink green tea".

Our D-Tox patches came from Dream Products, their flyer was in Sunday's paper for them. They certainly helped my husband and that's all that matters.

For the past year a half I have suffered from numbness, loss of balance and difficulty walking. There was not a doctor anywhere that could figure out what was wrong with me. One doctor started investigating the possibility of heavy metal toxicity. At that same time I kept seeing the Kinoki ads. I decided to order.

It did take about 5 weeks to receive them. They worked so well I wanted to reorder immediately. When I did I accidentally found a similar site, ordered from there and received them in 3 days.

Within a week I started seeing improvement in my symptoms. Within a few weeks all the symptoms disappeared. It is so nice to be able to walk again and have the feeling back in my toes, leg and chin.

As the above author noted I too was skeptical and thought maybe they would turn black on anyone, so we tried them on my husband and very little black appeared.

My theory is that if your body is not filled with toxins, of course, the pads aren't going to work. There's nothing to release. But for those of us whose body is not releasing these toxins on it's own, the foot pads offer the extra help it needs.

The foot pads have made a huge difference in my life and have given me my life back again when the "medical" doctors could not. I don't care what these "researchers" and "reporters" say. They have worked for me.

They want to stop all these companies that state that their products work effectively without a lot of cost, a Dr's prescription or out of their control. Especially natural remedies, they are not allowed to say they will cure anything even if it has been proven. I have found that the medical Drs., as good as they are, do not know everything. If you have a problem and they can't give you a cure or a really good solution then keeping trying the odd ball ideas, a lot of them work better than you would dream. I have purchased these and will be trying them soon. I hope they work as well for me as the previous posters.

the sole of your foot has the thickest, toughest skin on the body. if there truly were a detox patch, that doesn't seem like the most logical place to put it.

Kinoki foot pads are a big waste of money. I have been using pads from www.purifyyourbody.com and I have never slept better or felt better during the day. I don't get the usual middle-of-the-day-rut anymore either. My sister-in-law who uses these religiously even send some in for testing. She sent in a used pad and a "control" unused pad. The used pad came back with all sorts of toxins and the unused came back clean of toxins. I was sold from that point forward!! Take is from this consumer, www.purifyyourbody.com is the only way to go!
