2nd where are these numbers coming from since Sarcoid is not a reportable disease, 0ver 100,000 blacks in America do not have health insurance so they don't get treated until the condition is very serious, loss of sight, can't breathe, skin lesions that cover the face or are in the sinus blocking the airways.
3rd no mention of the research on a other treatments and a cure. Steroids are not the only treatment, anti-TNF drugs, Mexthotreate and Placqual-anti-maleria drug have proved to be effective.
