If BPI would have been on top of this and told people about the additive and came up with their own terminology like protein enhancer and didn't try to sneak it in to the ground beef people would have been more accepting, but Pink Slime sure doesn't get it. Honesty is always the best Policy. Something American Businesses have forgotten
