<quoted text>Good morning to you, Philippine Slim. It is nice to know that you are helping not only in bringing us information here in Topix but also by tending a hand to those "retirées who decided to spend their post career life in the Philippines. The Philippines is a beautiful country and sometime this beauty been ruined by some negative feedbacks and horrible experiences of the foreigners visiting the country; kidnap for ransoms, various forms of cheatings, crimes against their property, etc. I think the Pinoys had some duty to do in terms of providing the Philippines a good reputation not only locally but also abroad. I have also a couple of belgian friends who came to Davao last year to settle there for good. And they too seem to be happy with their situation there.
LOL, it is no longer funny sharing a computer with someone who do not bother to sign out of Topix; here I am asking sorry for that Philippine Slim.

If you hang around Topix for a while you will certainly have your eyes opened with some of the inane comments. Cecile is a sensible reliable poster, a nice lady.
Wow, thanks for the compliments Best view. How frozen is England? Today is slightly better than yesterday in terms of temperature, it bites less. When is the vacation? Belgium is officially in economic recession: the country is paying a dear price for the 19 months without the government and also the fact that the euro suffered a major setback because of collossal debts. The general strike last January 30 did not help neither.

Being happy in the Philippines is all in attitude and being laid back. It is not for everyone.
I live with my girl and our one year old(today)boy on a beach in a small town a few hours south of Cebu city.

It is nice to see a few nice people on Topix...you and Cecile.
It is sad that Topix also draws so many jerks and fools.

LOL, take a look a bit farther down, my little sister account was on when I took over the computer. Sorry for that, Philippines Slim.
You seem to be new in the Topix forum so it is natural to be shocked when reading all the insults flying from all sides. Anyway, I have spotted several good and sensible posters here and it is a relief to know that many are still considered educated, mainly in manners. Have a pleasant day to you, Philippine Slim; it is late bedtime for me, 2 am here.

Daily Horoscope for June 2

Aries

It won't be long before you start to feel bored today, unless you can distract yourself - you're switching from one activity to another. Ideally, you should keep yourself amused by doing something that's unusual or challenging, otherwise you'll be tempted to stir up trouble just to see what happens next! Even though you know that's a bad idea, you won't be able to resist, unless you've got something better to do with your time.
