Belgium is officially in economic recession: the country is paying a dear price for the 19 months without the government and also the fact that the euro suffered a major setback because of collossal debts. The general strike last January 30 did not help neither.

Being happy in the Philippines is all in attitude and being laid back. It is not for everyone. I live with my girl and our one year old(today)boy on a beach in a small town a few hours south of Cebu city. It is nice to see a few nice people on Topix...you and Cecile. It is sad that Topix also draws so many jerks and fools.
