To the article's author, you've clearly not read much - when someone decides to post such an allegation - they should at least have some background to support their assertions - not "opinions". Pedofiles are horrifically ill, predatory and compulsive. If MJ were a "ped" there would have been "no doubt". Ask the experts. AGAIN, as yet another brilliant and beautiful person, he was guilty of being naive, emotionally stunted, too much money with little supervision, "different" none of which points to guilt. I hear you OK TO THINK but look at the facts he compared himself to OJ. He got "not guilty" verdicts more than OJ. How many trials did Michael go through for child molestation? I say he didn't do it...in my heart but my head is swaying...what did he do to be placed on trial so many times? We can't ask Ed Bradley. I say there's 3 possibilities; Michael's word, the victim's words and the truth. To pay $20 million dollars to avoid trial cause the insurance company said to pay? I am sorry but my brain is outruling my head most times. OK TO THINK even Jermaine and Latoya said bad words when MJ went to trial. Why did they change their mind; MIchael would have committed suicide if he did jail time.

No insurance company paid. That was just a claim made by Wacko's lawyers -- first 10 years after he paid. Before that, no such claim was made, and the actual settlement reveals that EVERYTHING was in Wacko's control:

I've read at least 4-5 books on the subject of MJ. I'm a huge fan & I don't think he molested any kids. However, I'm not sure about his sexual orientation. With that said, that professor is an idiot, tool sack. I have a psychobabble term for him...transference. This moron is projecting his feelings onto MJ. Anyway, as I understand MJ's nose was being rebuilt. To do that, cartilige from the ear must be used. MJ had a lot of issues, his identity issues can't be reduced to just sexual preferences. The guy liked Peter Pan. Big deal. He also liked Charlie Chaplin. If he was bangin every broad in sight like Jermaine, no one would bat an eye. I guarantee, if MJ molested kids the books, interviews, lawsuits would be endless.

There is much proof that he was not.

The first case of charges against him came from a family demanding money. This type thing happens with very rich people a lot and he decided to pay them some money to keep bad publicity away and it did not work out that way. The kid in that has come forward as an adult and stated that his father forced him to make the story up and lie about it so that is a case closed.

The second case which was the court case was when people demanded money and MJ said NO MORE and he would not pay the extortion! He went to court and if anyone here knows the case they find that family lied in court and were also defrauding the Government for money! They were into all sorts of lies to get money from other people and they were destroyed in court and MJ found innocent of ALL CHARGES.

Lisa Marie speaks her mind and she was not only married to MJ, but she remembers him being around a lot of kids in his bedroom and she would sometimes just walk in there late at night finding all of them on the floor or in the bed playing video games.

MJ was really not into sex with anyone. He loved children and disadvantaged people which made him vulnerable to the extreme primitive and paranoid society in which we live.

If there was a HINT of anything wrong going on Lisa Marie would have no fear to come out and say so.

As for drug use, he did have a drug problem, but not so much at the end. The autopsy report came back showing only low levels of things and no pain meds which he was said to be hooked on. What killed him was the insane med to put him to sleep and it was murder to get money in case he was not able to perform all concerts. It was in the contract that if he died in any way they get paid! If he lived and did not perform all concerts they did not get paid so you figure it out.

To some people if a person is different and around kids they are a pedophile and that is insanity.

People can think what they want, but MJ was proven innocent and anyone that has read instead of heard about the court case insofar as what was said in court and what went on would know the kid and parents were caught in many different lies on many things unrelated to sex and then caught in lies on the sex too. The Jury was not allowed to know they had defrauded the Government, but they did that too.

Several celebrities have had cases where someone tried to get money either for things they did not do or things they might have done in a consensual way. David Letterman is the more recent one and he decided to NOT GIVE MONEY and he went public with it and told the truth of what went on.

Another celebrity and I think it was John Travolta someone made up a lie and tried to blackmail him too.

The problem with MJ is he grew up and lived in a bubble not realizing how terrible people are out there. He put himself in situations that made him vulnerable without realizing it until that court case.

The LAPD did not lie, but they did not tell the full truth about porn they got from MJ house before the trial. They said porn was found and that was truth, but what they did not tell the public was MJ received thousands of gifts all the time from fans and it just so happens that after the first case, some real pedophiles out there like some on here thought he was a pedophile and they sent him child porn. When all that stuff was found at his house, it had not even been opened or even seen yet. MJ had no idea what all was in his house sent by fans because he did not take the time to go through every single thing and every single letter or email. He should have had things checked before they came in to be safe, but he didn't do that. If it came in the mail he assumed it was safe or would have been stopped at the post office.

LAPD is known for being one of the most corrupt in the Nation.

That said, OJ really did in fact kill two people and he even joked about it. He was one that got off on one trial but not the other.

Whatever you believe, the fact is MJ is dead and no matter what he did or did not do in this life, he is being judged based on those things by God now so it is not up to us to judge him at this time. If I am wrong and he did bad things, he is paying the price. He paid the price already by dying young when he could have lived 30 more years in wealth if that is any constellation to those thinking he did bad things.
