Cops look for couple after robberies

Help cure cracklessness and these robberies will stop. Cost of incarceration:$100k/yr.
Cost of a plane ticket to Bolivia (one way)$550.00.
Grease some Bolivian palms:$2K/yr.
The answer is obvious: send them back to the Jungle. It's cheap and easy.
