i am writing to you from australia i am a customer who purchased a laptop last year from hp in that time that laptop has been repaired over 7 times it took that many times before hp would replace it then the replacement had to be repaired 5 times they replaced again now this laptop has had its keyboard replaced and the latest is the ac adapter and the battery and this latest laptop is only 7 months old
but the problem is hp they only want to replace with used batterys and used ac adapters , the staff tell you you are entitled to a new but hp considered refurbished to be new , now hp customer service will not return calls the hp board of directors email address they claim customers can use to write to the board of directors only ends up in the same place as their customers relations costa rica an overseas call centre
and the staff there promised to call be back and never did they all insist that hp consider refurbished units to be brand new they are only used units given a clean up, then hp customer service tried to palm off a part no for a battery as brand new when the same part no was that for a refurbished unit’

hewlett packard love to rip people off i bought a small laptop last year had to be repaired 7 time in 7 months then a new one was sent out and that had to be repaired 5 times within 3 months so they replace it with a newere model laptop and now i had to have its keyboard repaired , its ac adapter replaced then its battery replaced and guess hp are so cheap that even though the laptop is still under warranty they refuse to replace it with brand new instead a get a used battery that has been refurbished even thoughthey insist its brand new then they tried to palm off refurbished as brand new and now they refuse to answer or return calls and if anyone trys to email the board oif directores iits doesnt go to them instead to the overseas call centre in costa rica thanks hp you ripped off a disabled pensioner that needs the laptop to communicate now i have to have help to even speak
