The reason for the tow was simple. My hydraulic suspension break apart and the car were two inches up the ground. Not a problem! I call the Insurance Company, after been carefully explaining to them the need of my tow for 25 minutes and waiting for the tow truck to show up!(1hour and 15 minutes total) Finally the tow truck guy told me that there is no way he can tow my vehicle because the car was to “LOW”( really!!! Otherwise don’t need the tow truck)I call the insurance company again and they told me that another towing company is on the way this time I was waiting for 2 hours. The next tow truck guy told me that he need a different kind of tow truck to get the job done properly and explain to me the pros and cons, a second tow truck show up (from the same company) and they were walking around my vehicle for 30 minutes they really try to help me but my vehicle was extremely in the ground! After been trying for couple of hours they ask me if I am conceit of the problem and if I agree to get a little damage.(W.T.F!) I call My Insurance Company again and they offer to send a different towing company but at that time I was very upset for the time I lost and I say no thank you!!! I take care of this tomorrow Next day I do a little online research about the problem and contact the Mercedes dealer to find a better answer of the towing problem. They refer to me couple of towing companies I check online do couple of calls and everything was pointing to this towing company I Contact “Dynamic Towing” explain to them the situation (after what happen last day I was aseptic ) The tow truck guy show up! He walks and takes couple of pictures around the vehicle then I went to a cafe shop and when I came back the car was in the bed of the tow truck (Awesome!)They give me a discount for the pictures the guy take and ask my permission to post it online (Amazing!)
